For the second year in a row Jannik Sinner wins the ATP Finals. In the final he beat Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, world No. 1, in two sets after a tough match. The final score was 7-6 (4) 7-5.
“It’s incredible… an incredible season. To come and win here in Turin, in front of the Italian public, is incredible. Before this tournament I couldn’t wait. For me it’s very special.” His face was red from the physical effort but smiling, commented Jannik Sinner at the end of his win at the ATP Finals in Turin. “Without the team, this would not have been possible. Celebrating this tournament after two intense months is extraordinary – he explained – With Carlos you have to play as well as possible: I served well in certain moments. He is one of the best responding players on the circuit. It was a very difficult match. It means a lot to end the season like this.”
