Isabel Díaz Ayuso left the mass for the patron saint of Madrid, the Virgin of Almudena, this Sunday in an ambulance due to a “slight indisposition”. The president of the Community of Madrid has been transferred to a hospital in the capital, where she awaits a diagnosis, as her team explained to EL PAÍS.
It is the same reason why he finally did not participate in the Andalusian PP congress yesterday, despite having confirmed his presence days earlier. Ayuso arrived at the cathedral this Sunday morning and made statements to the media. He announced that he will ask the Virgin for “prosperity for all, coexistence and attention to the most vulnerable and lonely people”. A few minutes later he had to leave the mass.
