Isco and Betis have created a truly special relationship. The attacking midfielder, who won, for example, five Champions Leagues in Madrid after being a young star at Málaga and failing at Sevilla, has found his place in the world at the green and white club. Isco suffered his second serious injury with Betis last August and is close to returning to compete for the Andalusian team. Already in May 2024 he suffered another serious injury which prevented him from playing in the Euro Cup won by Spain in Germany. Despite these two harsh setbacks, Betis and the player have established an almost everlasting relationship. The Betic entity and the attacking midfielder are therefore very close to signing Isco’s renewal until 2028. With a contract until 2027, this extension could also reach 2029.
