This tragedy is similar to the accident that occurred this summer in France at Puy-de-Dôme, during a protest in Saint-Just. A car driven by two amateur drivers went off the road, killing three people: two brothers aged 60 and 70 and a 44-year-old father. About ten other spectators were served. An investigation into the murder has been opened.

In April 2024 in Sri Lanka, a violent car accident during a car race organized by the army killed 7 people and injured 21 others.
