It has been growing like mushrooms for two days now on the Impressionist island of Chatou (Yvelines). A week before the first show, there was a certain excitement this Thursday afternoon under the big top of Cirque du Soleil, at Yvelines, two years after the success of Kurios.
This involved deploying a huge canvas stretched to a height of almost 20 m using the single force of the arms of 65 technicians. An operation that in reality is more impressive than actually complicated because the mechanics are well oiled, and the task of a few minutes at the expense of effort is greeted with “Good job” and a round of applause. The maneuvers primarily illustrate the extent of the logistics of this Canadian blockbuster touring the globe.
