Crack, heroin, cocaine… Another drug trade uncovered in Oise, seven people arrested

It took three months for investigations to uncover the massive crack and cocaine trade in Noyon (Oise) on 16 July. Investigations carried out at that time by the research brigade group of the Compiègne gendarmerie company had revealed the “existence of competing dealers” operating in the same city.

Three months of new investigations later, detectives from the special group of the Compiègne gendarmerie managed to dismantle this rival network, whose trade was even more diverse, with crack, heroin, cocaine and marijuana. This time, seven people were arrested by the military in a major operation carried out on November 17.

Income of 20,000 euros in three months

“The search allowed the discovery in particular of tools used to cook crack in two houses (ammonia, cutting products, gloves, scales, crack pipes)”, said Caroline Gaziot, Compiègne public prosecutor, in a press release, this Friday, November 21.

According to the judge, the manufacture and packaging were carried out mainly in the commune of Noyon, “for the purpose of delivery and sale in the Mont-Saint-Siméon district and its surroundings in the Oise department”. In three months, this profitable traffic will generate more than 20,000 euros in revenue.

Going on trial at an in-person appearance hearing on November 20, nearly all of the defendants asked for time to prepare their defenses. While awaiting the postponement of the trial until January 8, 2026, four people were placed in pre-trial detention. Three other people were placed under court supervision with a ban on contact with each other.
