Win points and victories, but not only that. In recent years Jannik Sinner has also started consolidating real estate assets, following the strategic line curated by his friend and manager Alex Vittur through the Foxera brand, the heart of his entrepreneurial structure.
The Italian tennis player’s investment center is in Milan, where the tennis player has purchased two important properties on Corso Venezia, within the historic Casa Barelli. These are two large office spaces – one measuring 403 square meters, the other measuring 289 square meters – that together cost more than 6.5 million euros, at a value of almost 10,000 euros per square meter.
In addition to the real estate component – as reported by Corriere della Sera -, the tennis player’s corporate structure also includes Wooly Lemon, based in Monaco, dedicated to the management of image rights and commercial activities.
Here Sinner built his base, between training and personal life, often sharing life in the Kingdom with his girlfriend, Danish model Laila Hasanovic.
