The Uber and Bolt platforms refer to the car rental companies and regulatory authorities responsible. They emphasize that they only arrange trips through the app and require car rental companies to comply with applicable laws and monitor them as well.

Uber has integrated a technical solution into the application to monitor return obligations. Both companies exchanged information with authorities. If there is a violation, the car rental company carrying out the work will be blocked.
