First progress, then a dance of joy!
Monday, 13:19: Bavaria-Star Jamal Musala (22) enters the training ground at Säbener Straße. The German player pulled a black XXL music box on wheels behind him.
The good news: Rehab coach Simon Martinello (41) brought a ball carrier with him. Musiala turned on some loud rap music and then trained with a ball in rehab for the first time since his serious injury four months ago!

Davies turned his Musala rehabilitation into dance training
The superstar suffered a fractured fibula and multiple ligament injuries in his left ankle in the Club World Cup quarter-final against Paris Saint-Germain (0-2) on July 5.
After surgery in Murnau and weeks at the performance center, Musala died returned to the field two and a half weeks ago. After light running and initial coordination exercises, ball training is now included – 128 days after serious injury!
After the Bayern game: Kimmich almost couldn’t believe the reporter’s question!
Musiala easily plucked the ball out of the air and passed it back to Martinello. The program also includes running drills, first short sprints and one-legged jumps over small yellow obstacles – including a stress test for the operated left leg.
There was one man who was particularly pleased with the progress of his rehabilitation: Alphonso Davies (25/torn cruciate ligament in his right knee 7.5 months ago) came to the training pitch in casual clothes shortly after the session started. The Canadian is dancing!

Davies was pleased with the sound of the rap from the XXL box that Musiala played on his cellphone. He cheers on his friends during development training!
While Davies will soon return to team training for his first training session with his teammates, Musala will take a little longer. Internally there is still hope for a return this year. However, it could also be that the DFB star will only get his first playing minutes in January.

The left-back was in a good mood with “Slippery” by Miogs and Gucci Mane, “Bread & Butter” by Gunna and “Double Down” and “On Me” by Lil Baby – the beat was loud throughout the German record champion’s training ground.
Bayern replacement goalkeeper Jonas Urbig is sent into the corner of the net by goalkeeping coach Michaelrechner (right).
Before starting a 40-minute rehabilitation session, Musiala politely asked teammate Jonas Urbig (22/3 appearances this season, 15 Bayern games in total) if he could turn on some loud music.
The substitute goalkeeper trains in parallel with the two goalkeeping coaches Michaelrechner (45) and Andreas Rössl (37) on the same pitch.
Meanwhile coach Vincent Kompany (39) acts as captain for the remaining non-national players Manuel Neuer (39), Sven Ulreich (37), Raphael Guerreiro (31) and Sacha Boey (25) were released for the week, Urbig still flying through the five-yard box at Säbener Straße.
Be inspired by the loud music and good mood of Davies and Musiala!
