Milan, November 20 (Adnkronos) – “We all know the importance of the Milan Fair as a driver of meetings and economic promotion at international level. More than a third of our country’s international fairs take place in this city and in Lombardy, which attracted 18 million visitors last year. Therefore, the Fair continues to be a great business accelerator for our region.” These are the words of Raffaele Cattaneo, deputy presidential minister responsible for international and European relations in the Lombardy Region, on the occasion of Made Expo 2025, the most authoritative Italian event dedicated to the world of construction and architecture, which takes place at Fiera Milano from 19 to 22 November 2025.
An increasingly central theme is the theme of the house as underlined by Cattaneo himself: “Miba puts a special spotlight on a context in which supply chains are the subject of a major transformation in the perspective of sustainability and digitalization to adapt to the great trends of change but a housing emergency still exists in our region, especially for disadvantaged communities. This is a serious problem that we cannot yet give satisfactory answers to and this is why we need ideas, new technologies and proposals from the business world. I hope – he concluded Cattaneo – that projects can emerge from this event to contribute to new political thinking to solve particular problem.”
