Milan, November 20 (askanews) – Francesca Michielin is the artist called to interpret “Di Campo in Campo”, the national anthem of the FITP – Italian Tennis Federation presented live on the occasion of the Italy-Austria Davis Cup match.
“Di Campo in Campo” is a powerful motivational song, telling the basic values of the Federation in just two minutes.
Written by Enrico Giaretta, Maurizio D’Aniello, Marcello Murru and Francesca Michielin and produced by Dade (an award-winning producer who won the Nastro D’argento and the Globo d’Oro among others), “Di Campo in Campo” is a work resulting from a “plural” design process, something new and unique, born to inspire and resonate with the public.
Francesca Michielin not only interpreted the song, but also made it her own by participating in the lyrics and music.
“From field to field” represents FITP’s first important step towards creating its sonic identity, aimed at enhancing its uniqueness.
This concept was inspired by Nelson Mandela’s iconic phrase: “I never lose. Either I win or I learn”; a message FITP recognizes and is reflected strongly in the song’s lyrics.
The project to create FITP’s sound identity – led by the company Inarea Identity Design with artistic direction from masters Enrico Giaretta and Maurizio D’Aniello – is a journey through the values of sport and life, a metaphor that tells how every field is a new challenge and a new goal to conquer, step by step, without ever stopping dreaming.
