Body Guerrina Skocaj83 years old, disappeared due to the collapse of his house yesterday morning in Brazzano in the municipality Kormon (Gorizia), discovered at night by firefighters. The body was identified shortly after 22:00, but the recovery operation was suspended due to bad weather which made it impossible to carry out work safely, due to fears of further damage to the slope. Only when weather conditions permit, before midnight, can recovery be carried out.
Previously, firefighters had found the body Quirin Kuhnert32-year-old German citizen: he died while trying to save a missing elderly woman. The third person was rescued and taken to hospital with a broken leg.
The entire area is a huge pile of rubble. No one else is missing.
