More than a dozen young people in Heilbronn reportedly attacked each other with iron bars, paving stones and pepper spray. At least one of them was injured, a police spokesman said.
Based on initial findings, two groups of 15 to 20 people were arguing with each other on Monday night. Those involved then fought. An iron rod was used as a weapon. Apart from that, the parties involved attacked each other with paving stones that had previously been stolen. Pepper spray is also used.
During the search, police found five people aged between 17 and 24 who were suspected of being involved. Based on information obtained, one of the men suffered a head wound and was bleeding a lot. Investigators are looking for witnesses.
Authorities have not provided further details about the suspects.
