After trying to talk and “recalling this man’s threatening behavior”, soldiers entered his home to arrest him. “When police asked him several times to leave the room where he had locked himself, the man advanced towards them, at close range, brandishing a knife,” according to the judge.

Encountered this behavior, “two police officers opened fire and wounded him in the stomach,” according to prosecutors. Cared for by Samu who was at the location, the man died at the end of the morning.
