Nigerian security forces have freed 38 believers kidnapped on Tuesday in an attack on a Pentecostal church in western Nigeria, carried out during a service broadcast live on the internet, the head of state announced on Sunday, November 23 on his X account. “Thanks to the efforts of our security forces in the last few days, all 38 pilgrims kidnapped in Eruku, Kwara State, have been rescued,” said President Bola Tinubu, without further details.
