Timur Minditch, co-owner of an audiovisual production company founded by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, was accused by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, an independent power body, of having exercised “control over the accumulation, distribution and legalization of funds of criminal origin in the Ukrainian energy sector”.
