In Ukraine, a relative of Volodymyr Zelensky is accused of masterminding a vast system of corruption


Timur Minditch, co-owner of an audiovisual production company founded by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, was accused by the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, an independent power body, of having exercised “control over the accumulation, distribution and legalization of funds of criminal origin in the Ukrainian energy sector”. The uncovered corruption scheme involved laundering funds totaling $100 million.
