In October, prices of food, household goods and personal care slowed (from +3.1% to +2.1%), as did prices of frequently purchased products (from +2.6% to +2.1%). Istat communicated this by revising down the price estimates of the so-called “shopping basket” and the price of high-frequency products (in the initial estimate by +2.3%)
