The head of the Investigative Court Number 9 of Madrid, Arturo Zamarriego, has decided to call the former secretary of the Organization Santos Cerdán and the current secretary of State for Technology Antonio Hernando as witnesses on February 2 in the investigation against the former PSOE militant Leire Díez and the entrepreneur Javier Pérez-Dolset. Both are accused of organizing a “criminal plan” to discredit the leadership of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and the Guardia Civil and hinder cases against politicians and businessmen.
In a new writing, to which EL PAÍS had access, the man promoted a series of testimonies, including the entrepreneur Luis del Rivero, who organized the meeting between Leire Díez and the public prosecutor Ignacio Stampa.
