Justice is politicized and politics is judicialized. The ruling in the trial against the state attorney general is not trivial. Trust in the functioning of the state is at stake. When parties take control of institutions and when some judges make decisions that seem in line with political interests, citizens are left without protection. Institutions should act as counterweights, not as instruments of comparison. But what is perceived is the opposite: a system blocked and used as a throwing weapon. It is difficult to anticipate the meaning of the sentence in this case. Not because the judicial process is inherently unpredictable, but because it is involved in a climate of mistrust that conditions the analysis. The acquittal would be presented by some as a surrender; a conviction would be seen by others as an exploitation of justice. Getting the legal content right is less important than understanding the political terrain in which it will be dictated.

childhood homophobia
It seems incredible that in our society, which supports homosexuality so much with parades and allegorical floats, homophobia continues to be present since pre-adolescence. Municipalities spend money on organizing Pride parties, but wouldn’t it be more effective if that money was invested in education to prevent 12-year-olds from seeing “faggot” written on the table? It is shameful that as a society we stand aside and watch as LGTBI Pride becomes just another party, a business, while in real life this continues to happen.

Unwanted calls
I know there is a law to control unwanted calls for advertising purposes, but I fear it does not achieve its objectives. Every day I receive at least six or seven calls. As soon as I receive them I block the number they call me from, but after a while they do it again from another number, and then from another. Advertisers have dozens of numbers to avoid being blocked. I signed up to the Robinson List, and I try to make it clear that I don’t want advertising when I register on a site or in a business, but I see that all this is worth little. Couldn’t they improve the law?

It teaches you to be bored
Some teachers have to turn their lessons into a circus show of pure entertainment so that their students don’t get bored even for a second and acquire a certain skill. Learning some conceptual content will remain in the background and only for those who show some concern. The need for constant and immediate entertainment, the fear of silence or reflection, often turns into an unhealthy dependence on the use of mobile devices at all times and places. This is why it is urgent for teachers to put aside the sophistications of the new pedagogy and teach a new subject to the adults of tomorrow: boredom. It’s a pending topic.
