The friend who was at the house with him on Thursday night, David Stojanovic25 years old, is being investigated for allegedly killing Lorenzo. Rome’s investigating judge authorized the prosecutor’s arrest but released him from house arrest.
Stojanovic was released again because there was no danger of flight but the judge was not convinced by what the young man, a clerk at the Rinascente on Via del Tritone, kept repeating: «Lorenzo is going crazy, we have been smoking marijuana. He took off his clothes, broke all the furniture and tried to jump down. I tried to save him.”
On the bodies of the victim and his friend who grew up with him in the province of Frosinone, there were signs of a fight. An autopsy revealed this. The medical examiner also photographed scratches and bruises on Stojanovic’s skin.
