Pepper spray confrontation between six people
Six people clashed in Ludwigshafen and pepper spray was also used. When the police came, they ran away.
Several people were involved in a physical fight in Ludwigshafen, with pepper spray also used. About six people were involved Friday night, police said. They fled when police arrived.
One person was found at the location and two others were found a short time later. “A 19-year-old was detained and a 17-year-old was released to his legal guardian,” he said. Police are investigating malicious bodily harm.
