Rome, November 14 (Adnkronos) – Budget hearings and legislation on consent in crimes of sexual violence are at the center of work next week in Parliament. The session continues on Monday 17 November at 15.00 with a general discussion on the migrant decision which will end on 2 December and will be sent to the Senate.
From Tuesday 18 to 14.00 we started with discussions with voting and the agenda was in order, after the migrant decision, the PDL on informed consent in schools, the PDL on health care for Italians abroad, the PDL on poaching and the press freedom motion. At the end of Tuesday’s voting, a general PDL discussion will begin regarding changes to article 609-bis of the Criminal Code regarding sexual violence and freedom of expression.
On Wednesday 19 November starting at 9 am an exam will be held with PDL voting based on consensus, in addition to possible follow-up exams on topics that have not been completed in the previous days. A general discussion on a series of measures is expected on Thursday. The Budget Session is in full swing in the Senate, with committees looking into it. The DPR’s work calendar does not include sessions in the week of November 17-21 for regional head elections scheduled for November 23 and 24.
