LUkraine’s energy sector has once again been targeted. Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy reported“massive joint attacks by adversaries against infrastructure”. As winter approaches, Russia has systematically attacked Ukraine’s power plants and power stations since its aggression began in February 2022, causing constant power outages. The attacks, which are now more intense, also target gas locations. Ukraine, for its part, regularly attacks oil depots and refineries and other installations in Russia.
