Miss France 2026: Miss Auvergne, Alice De Lima Guimaraes took first place in the general knowledge test

He came first with an incredible score of 18/20. This Thursday evening, at the end of their dinner, the regional Misses on a training trip for the selection of the new Miss France, on December 6 on TF1, found their notes from the general knowledge test, taken this Tuesday. It was Frédéric Gilbert, President of the competition and producer of the event who revealed the top three students at their hotel in Martinique.

And it was Miss Auvergne, young Alice De Lima Guimaraes, 19 years old, who got the best score. Behind her were Miss Languedoc and Miss Poitou-Charentes, Lou Lambert and Agathe Michelet, both with scores of 15.5. The overall class average is 13/20.

“I was very surprised to be the first,” Miss Auvergne told us. The logic part is a bit more complicated than expected and that’s my weak point. So I think I will miss the point. So I didn’t really expect it to work… But in the end, considering the value, it definitely worked out well. I’m so happy, really! »

“I am more comfortable with the news”

Despite her amazing results, she swears that she didn’t prepare too much for the exam, “just a little, but not intensively.” “Of course, I have reviewed the news, but my studies have led me to follow it closely, so of course I am quite up-to-date,” explains the person who worked on Hypokhâgne and then Khâgne, and who will return to the Sorbonne, before entering the Miss France competition. “Overall, I felt most comfortable in current affairs, if I remember correctly, but I didn’t think I would be first at all, or even in the top 3. So this was a complete surprise! »

Not enough, but showing off for the future. “We know that this is not necessarily synonymous with a place in the last top 12, but it is definitely exciting for the future. I think we have to look at everything as a whole: don’t stop at that, keep working and moving forward. But this is good news, I welcome it! » And in conclusion: “it will please the people I love. I’m sure it’s some kind of party for them too.”

If the 1.72m tall Portuguese youngster wins the crown, she will be the first candidate to bring it back to her region.
