OL-PSG (2-3): images of João Neves’ header that gave the Parisians a late win

This is starting to become a habit for PSG. At the end of the 12th day of Ligue 1, the Paris team won on the OL pitch (3-2) thanks to João Neves’ header at the end of extra time following a superb corner kick from Lee Kang-In. The same scenario as against Nice, when Gonçalo Ramos came to give them (1-0).

Far from the tallest – 1.74m – the Portuguese once again proved his knowledge of placement and timing. His powerful header left Dominik Greiff helpless, beaten on his goal line. The midfielder had shone at the start of the week, with a superb goal against Bayern Munich, and also at the start of the season with a superb hat-trick at Toulouse.

He has shown that he is an excellent leading player during the C1 league phase of last season, by voicing the rebellion against Manchester City (4-2). This time, he appeared even slower, to end a surprising victory that put PSG ahead.
