Where do I get support?
For Free themes – Support will be provided to respective WordPress theme directory support forums.
For Premium themes – Support will be provided using direct email.
Theme users can also avail support by contacting us via this contact form or by sending emails to admin[at]atlantisthemes[dot]com
Regardless of free/premium users we always try to answer each queries within minutes(it might take few hours but we will never keep you waiting for the next day for a simple reply, unless we are on vacation). We believe users shouldn’t have to wait for the next day to receive a reply. Most of our premium theme users have converted from free users. So, you can count on the support service.
Before contacting us for support questions/issues please specify the theme name you are having the difficulty with and detail description of your questions/issues (screenshots are extremely appreciated, image does speak a thousand words). Also, URL link to your live-site or test-site and configuration settings of your PHP/server(If you know).
When do I contact for support?
There is no fix timing, reach us anytime we you want. It doesn’t matter whether you have pre-sale questions, after sale support or seeking suggestion for WordPress related problems, We will do our best to reach and resolve your issue(s) as quickly as we can.
What we do NOT support?
We don’t support for third party extensions/plugin as we don’t have any control over their codebase, For simple/easy fix we can advise on such cases, For complicated problems we will try to be as descriptive as possible to let you know the problems, so that you can contact your third party vendors and get quick feedback.
Questions regarding basic WordPress foundation and CSS area will always be answered and we don’t mind the very basic question you’d ask, we’re just an email away. We occasionally do paid site customization work, In such cases feel free to reach us.

What is allowed
- Personal, or commercial use
- For yourself, or on behalf of a client
- On its own, or as part of a new work
- Use a purchased, or free template for your own personal site, or a client website
- When used as part of a new work, there’s no limit to the number of copies of the new work that can be distributed so long as the copies are not offered for sale
- Convert a purchased, or free template to an HTML website or theme for yourself, or a client
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. We will refund you within 30 days of your original purchase. But we really appreciate you giving us a thorough reason – this gives us a better idea of what to improve.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. When your purchase is refunded you won’t be able to use the purchased product anymore.
Cases we offer refund
- If the product you purchased is completely non-functional.
- If we fail to respond to your support post in 48 hours (business days only).
- If the main product description does not match what it actually offers.
Cases we don’t offer any refund
- You have changed your mind about an item.
- You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
- The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds too.
- We don’t offer refund for any feature you ask that is not listed in our product description. (N.B: It is best for you to check the feature list and if the product has any demo preview, then check it too)
- We do not offer any custom work. Anything extra you need will have to be done by you or any third party you hire. No refund will be issued on such a ground.
- We don’t offer refund for accidental purchase or mistaken purchase or wrong purchase.
We will process your refund within 2 business days (Monday-Friday)
Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed.
