When arrested by SDPJ 92 investigators and the Paris Police Headquarters Research and Intervention Team (BRI-PP), the two suspects, aged 19 and 20, were equipped with an alarm gun, a knife, and also Serflex, a plastic binder used to tie up the victim. The two men, known to police, were arrested, charged and then jailed on November 8.
