The draft law in one article provides that “anyone who commits or causes another person to commit or undergo a sexual act without the free and direct consent of that person, is threatened with imprisonment from six to twelve years. Whoever forces a person to commit or undergo a sexual act by force or threat or through abuse of authority or induces a person to commit or undergo a sexual act by abusing the offended person’s condition of physical or mental inferiority or particular vulnerability at the time of the commission of the crime or by taking advantage of the offended person’s deception by having the perpetrator replaced by another person. In less serious cases serious, the sentence is reduced by no more than two thirds”.
