Already tough, the European path is about to get a little higher for Paris FC. The capital’s other club will travel to Real Madrid on Tuesday for the third day of the Champions League phase. Madrilenians, quarter-finalists of the last edition, who won their first two meetings.
PFC, for its part, is still winless on the European stage this season: drawing against OH Louvain (2-2) then conceding a heavy defeat at home to Chelsea (4-0). Live qualifying appears to have been disrupted, preventing an unexpected spike in the Iberian region. The reason is that since this season, the top four rankings have immediately qualified for the quarter-finals. The eight clubs ranked 5th to 12th must go through additional play-offs in two-way matches to hope to qualify.
Real Madrid-Paris FC kick-off is scheduled for 9 p.m. This Tuesday, November 11th. The meeting will be broadcast on the Disney+ platform.
