At lunch, it was a distraction that came at an inopportune time. This Thursday, RER E traffic was stopped between Paris Rosa Parks stations (19th arrondissement) and Haussmann Saint-Lazare (9), due to forgotten business on the train at Magenta (10).
In X, SNCF was first announced at 12:20. resumption of traffic at 13:30, before revising the copy. At 13.25, the announced traffic time was shifted by half an hour.
Due to traffic disruptions in both directions, trains from Chelles, Tournans and Villiers-sur-Marne arrive and depart from Gare de l’Est. Also, a shuttle is planned from Nanterre la Folie to Magenta.
This incident adds to the list of many disruptions to public transportation in the Ile-de-France region. This Thursday morning, several lines were partially cut. This mainly happened on RER C and D, but also on line J. RER E was also briefly interrupted between Haussmann-Saint-Lazare and Nanterre la Folie until 7am. The cause was a “technical incident”, explained SNCF this morning.
