Sallusti left Il Giornale. Cerno arrives from «Time»

Alessandro Sallusti leaves «Giornale». The outgoing editor-in-chief will hand over leadership of the newspaper founded in 1974 by Indro Montanelli on December 1 to Tommaso Cerno, current editor of «Tempo», another newspaper of the Angelucci publishing group. According to initial reports from «ItaliaOggi», Sallusti will also decline the role of editorial director of the Milan newspaper, but may evaluate possible future collaborations with other newspapers.

Who arrived at Il Tempo

Sallusti’s exit should give way to a partial internal reorganization of the publications of the Angelucci group: the current editorial director of «Libero», Daniele Capezzone, should head «Tempo» to replace Cerno. However, confirmation must be given to Vittorio Feltri, current editorial director of «Giornale», and Mario Sechi, current director of «Libero». A reorganization that will leave the position of editorial director of «Libero» exposed.
