Android smartphones usually have screen recording integrated. Where to find this feature and how to use it to record content on your device.
Some apps only show certain content to their users temporarily. This gives platforms like Snapchat a certain appeal, as software restrictions are intended to ensure that shared images don’t fall into the wrong hands. However, this can usually be avoided by using the screen recording function.
To make screen recordings on a smartphone or tablet with the Android operating system – such as those available from Google, Samsung, Sony or Xiaomi – you usually don’t need a separate application. Newer versions of Android already come with the appropriate functionality as it works.

However, make sure to only use apps from reputable providers. You can usually recognize them from other users’ reviews. Additionally, check the required permissions and limit access to sensitive data such as location services if the app does not require this functionality.
