Throwing objects at employees

The man apparently unloaded the entire inventory for his attack on the staff. When asked by BILD, a police spokesperson said: “The man was lawfully using everyday objects available to him.” He did not say what exactly he attacked the prison employee with.

Correctional officers then tried to calm the insurgent with pepper spray and push him back to his cell, but the violent offender was still out of control. He repeatedly threw objects at staff through the custody cover.

A helicopter lands at the prison

Several police forces then arrived and a helicopter with additional officers landed on the grounds J.V.A (approximately 180 inmates). SEK finally managed to control the situation. Police said in a statement: “After several hours, at around 12:20, emergency services were finally able to persuade the detainee to resolve the situation without using physical force.
