Wigs, neon orange t-shirts, and…fancy carrots. There Inalpi Arena changed to debut Sinner Jannik on ATP Finals in Turin. Today, Monday 10 November, the spectacular Piedmont venue changed themes and (above all) colors for the premiere of the Italian champions, winning against Auger-Aliassime in the first match of Bjorn Borg’s group.
Arena Inalpi ‘becomes’ a stadium for Sinners
The atmosphere is unique, decorated with splashes of orange which seems to be a statement of love for the beloved of the house. The undisputed idol, reigning champion on the hard courts of Turin and chasing a historic encore. Jannik was greeted by stadium-sized cheersunusual for tennis, and was then accompanied by thunderous applause at each game. The fans in the stands are fun and curious to meet, able to surprise each tournament with certain innovations. Some fans have chosen bold wigs so as not to go unnoticed, but that’s not all. Among the myriad of orange hats, a cute carrot soft toy also appeared, a symbol of support for Jannik. And someone even appeared wearing a fluorescent orange k-way so as not to ‘disperse’ the support for the champion due to the darkness, which for years has enveloped the Center with a magical atmosphere.

To enrich the atmosphere of the stadium, blue chants (“Alé, Sinner alé”) and traditional posters are unavoidable.
