UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs Tom Fletcher is in North Darfur, Sudan. After visiting refugee camps in Korma and Tawila, near El Fasher, he called for more humanitarian presence from the UN, and asked the RSF to guarantee the protection of civilians in Tawila.
