Milan, November 19 (Adnkronos/Labitalia) – With around 4,000 registrations for the event, the ‘Day of Talent & Innovation’ ended, the first day of the seventeenth edition of the Forum HR people & culture 2025, created in collaboration with Iulm university and promoted by Comunicazione Italiana. In this event, the director of 225 hours as a speaker discussed phenomena that deeply redesign the physiognomy of contemporary works.
New generation approaches and the spread of artificial intelligence in organizational processes – including HR – force a revision of traditional categories of interpretation. How will the business world respond? And how do HR operators reinterpret roles, responsibilities and processes in a context that is accelerating faster than the ability to absorb the impact? It is becoming increasingly clear that the paradigm has changed: new tools are not enough, a new culture is needed. Human criticality that is able to read complexity and a mature scientific approach can guide decisions without replacing them.
In the backdrop of all the panels, the fine line that defines HR work today emerged firmly: managing technology without being governed by it, integrating AI into processes without losing the human dimension of decision-making, keeping humans at the center without making it a slogan. A cultural challenge even before the organizational challenge, requiring clarity and critical responsibility in redesigning the future of work.
Between the partners present, a constant is established: personal centrality as the most fragile and, at the same time, the most important point of balance. The evolution of HR processes takes a hybrid dimension where AI is no longer a lateral enabler, but becomes the infrastructure that cuts across operational tasks. Of course, a transition that requires technical skills, but what is most important is the ability – far from obvious – to manage technology without having to submit to its logic.
The opening talk at 9am that officially opened this edition discussed the themes of talent acquisition and the challenge of the need for meaning in work, attended by Elisa Cristadoro, HR director Italia Amplifon, Luisella Giani, VP emea South Agentforce Salesforce; Fabio Rezzoagli, Indeed sales director, Alessandra Rizzi, head of human resources & organization Zurich Italy Bank. Gianluca Bonacchi, Indeed’s senior talent strategy advisor, delivered a keynote address entitled: ‘Searching for the stars’.
Tomorrow, November 20th is the last day entitled ‘Welfare & Sustainability Day’. Pluxee Italia, the main partner of the Forum, will open the second day with two important moments dedicated to the future of corporate well-being and engagement. Anna Maria Mazzini, marketing & product director, will be the main figure in the opening talk show ‘Corporate Wellbeing & the future of work’, dedicated to the evolution of well-being towards increasingly digital, personalized and people-friendly services. Together with Tommaso Palermo, managing director of Pluxee Italia, he will then speak at the keynote ‘New rules of engagement’, introducing the concept of conscious engagement: an approach that places listening, balance and reciprocity at the center in the relationship between people and organizations. A dual intervention that confirms Pluxee’s commitment to advancing corporate welfare that is capable of producing human values and social sustainability.
