The 2025 Latin Grammy Awards ceremony, which will take place on November 13 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, arrives with Bad Bunny as the main favorite. The Puerto Rican leads the chart with 12 nominations, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year I SHOULD TAKE MORE PHOTOS. They follow the Argentine duo Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso who, after achieving international fame with their presentation on NPR’s Tiny Desk, have established themselves as one of the freshest proposals in Latin music, obtaining 10 nominations in their debut at the Latin Grammys.

For this edition, the new Best Roots Song category has been incorporated, which recognizes unreleased recordings, vocal or instrumental, that reflect the traditions and origins of different communities, cultures or social groups, especially those with Latin American roots. In this first episode, Natalia Lafourcade stands out; Luis Enrique and the C4 Trio; Mr. Perine; Anita Vergara and Tato Marenco; and Bad Bunny. The Best Music for Visual Media category is also added, which rewards the soundtracks of productions by streaming AS The Eternaut, Every minute counts, One hundred years of solitude AND Pedro Paramo.

The 2025 Latin Grammy Gala will be broadcast across TelevisaUnivision platforms in the United States starting at 8 p.m. (Pacific Time) Thursday the 13th.
