There was also a complaint against the man for the crime of blocking a road during a demonstration on May 17 in Turin.
The decree also underlines that ”the need to protect the security of the state and prevent terrorist activities should be taken as a matter of course, taking into account the balance of interests with regard to his family situation, his ties to Italy, his length of stay and his work and economic situation”.
