From the start she played a mysterious role in the “crime scene” of Ludwigshafen: neighbor Gerlinde Wagner, played by Anna Stieblich. In the new case written by Ulrike Folkerts and her colleague Lisa Bitter, it all revolves around a bourgeois settlement on the outskirts of town. About neighbors spying on each other and about murders that won’t take long to be revealed in such an atmosphere.

This crime thriller immediately reveals who the killer is in “Tatort: ​​​​Mike & Nisha”. So what is interesting is no longer who did it, but what actually caused the action. And in this jumble of situations, Gerlinde Wagner also comes into focus: A controlling woman looking after her sick mother – and a lover of alcohol. Whether in the morning, on a walk, or in the nursing bed: he constantly indulged himself with liquor or tea. So this woman, who looked harmless from the outside, was planning something bad?

What is clear is that this role was played by an actress who is very familiar to many viewers. 60-year-old Anna Stiebich has appeared in many episodes of “Polizeiruf 110” and “Tatort”. Stieblich became known to a wide audience through her role as Doris in the ARD evening series “Turkish for Beginners”; He reprized this role in the 2012 film of the same name.

Sabine Rossi was part of the ZDF crime series “SOKO Leipzig” and recently she made a splash with Jella Haase in the Netflix series “Kleo”.

Nevertheless, he will probably remember “Tatort: ​​​​Mike & Nisha” from Ludwigshafen – and that’s because of the family ties in the production. The reason is that Anna Stieblich worked together with her husband in this film. He has been married to German director Didi Danquart for many years and he, of all people, directed SWR’s “Tatort”.

However, this constellation does not seem to be new for the director-actor pair: Stiebich and Danquart already worked together in 2005 in the German-Romanian film “Offset” and the same also happened in “Tatort: ​​Im Sug des Evil” in 2009. In 2016, they worked together in the animated film “Goster” – and now, almost ten years later, it is another ARD crime film in which the two appear together front and center behind the camera.
