The three men and a woman who were charged on Sunday, November 9 after an incident that occurred at the Philharmonie de Paris, during a concert by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra on Thursday, November 6, took turns filing complaints, specifically over violence, their lawyer Mohamed Jaite told AFP on Tuesday, November 11.

The four people filed a complaint on Sunday for breach of confidentiality of the investigation, denouncing “attack” who targeted them while they were in police custody, especially on a television channel whose identity details of the three were revealed during broadcast. Two of them had filed a complaint on Saturday over the violence they experienced during the concert “various acts of violence committed by people who resemble spectators”.

The first of the two says he has “open skull”, “bruise”and ensure that at least one user “persecuted”. The second said he had “lose consciousness”, “feeling dizzy” and before “hospitalized”and stated that the violence targeting him was recognized by other X users. Their lawyer, who said he had not received a response from the Paris prosecutor’s office, said that his two clients “were actually subjected to lynching, even though they did not make any movements or words that might threaten anyone”.
