How much will the number of executives increase by 2025? According to the Executive Employment Association (APEC), the median annual gross remuneration (fixed + variable) amounts to 55,000 euros compared to 54,000 euros last year and 53,000 euros in 2023. This means that half earn more than 55,000 euros and the other half less than 55,000 euros, according to figures revealed this Tuesday, November 18. 1.8% compared to June 2024.
The results of a large survey of 26,000 employees showed that 80% of executives earn between 38,000 euros and 95,000 euros. This gap clearly illustrates the disparity of situations depending on the position held, training, experience, region of establishment or company size. The average remuneration in SMEs is 50,000 euros compared to 61,000 euros in large groups.
