The Supreme Court has summoned three new investigators linked to Acciona for alleged manipulation of public works contracts in exchange for bribes in which the former secretaries of the PSOE organization Santos Cerdán and José Luis Ábalos are allegedly implicated. Magistrate Leopoldo Puente made this decision after searches carried out last week by the Guardia Civil in the Bilbao and Madrid offices of the construction company Acciona and in the home of a former director of the company, Justo Vicente Pellegrini, who was director of construction. This former coach is one of the three summoned to testify as suspects, together with Tomás Olarte Sanz and Manuel José García Alconchel. In the same order, the judge agrees to revoke the separate piece he created after receiving a UCO report on Cerdán’s estate.
