A glass elevator allows easy access to the four floors and also allows views of the port of the town of Santa Eulària des Riu, in the north-west of the island of Ibiza. Rehabilitated mill on the banks of the Douro

A 15th century mill located on the banks of the Douro River is the origin of this residence which was rehabilitated a few years ago by the Valladolid architect Roberto Valle and has received numerous awards for the combination of historical and contemporary architecture. A patio with centuries-old pebbles leads to the architectural studio, the house and the garage. The two-story house consists of a living room, kitchen, six bedrooms, study and library. The second floor, with wooden beams, could be transformed into another home as it has independent access. It is located in the municipality of Tudela de Duero, according to Engel & Völkers.

In the heart of Llanes stands this early 20th century construction comprising two independent houses that retain their original charm.
