More fear than danger. But the cries must have been big enough to cause concern among some passers-by, Saturday at around 17.30, at Paray-Vieille-Poste (Essonne), rue Pierre-et-Marie-Curie. Therefore, several people called 17, the Police emergency number, to warn of children’s screams and cries that they heard coming from an apartment located on the 3rd floor.
According to sources close to the case, officers went to the apartment door but noticed the parents’ absence. They then asked the children to move to a safe place, preferably outside the balcony. Meanwhile, firefighters took a large ladder to enter the scene and check if everything was OK. All that remains is to contact the parents to find out how and why children aged 2 and 5 find themselves alone at home and in a state of more than real stress.
