“Endless Love” to “Maverick”

His big break came with the role of Pete Mitchell in “Top Gun” (1986)followed by one box office success after another. In 1996 he took on the role of Ethan Hunt for the first time in “Mission Impossible”, the eighth part of the latest action series released in theaters in May of this year.
