A 28-year-old man was under the influence of alcohol and drugs in Obrigheim in the Bad Dürkheim district Bicycle on the way. Officers questioned the man later in the evening, police said. It was found that the alcohol content in the breath was more than two per mille. The man also admitted to having consumed marijuana. A blood sample was taken from the man.
