Last year, prices of body parts jumped by an average of 7.3% according to the professional association SRA which is the consensus in the sector. Between 2020 and 2024, the numbers really explode: +29%! New standards to implement, more complicated products to produce, research and development costs to amortize… Manufacturers always have good reasons to explain these exorbitant figures. However, there is nothing to justify this surge, except comfortable margins.
