Stewartsville – He loved animals – and that was his downfall. For many years, Jodi P. (64) from the US state of Ohio, kept a herd of deer and raised her children like a mother. Now he is brutally killed by one of the deer.

The tragedy stems from a traumatic experience. In 2013, Jodi P. witnessed a deer being hit by a deer on a country road car has been recorded. Next to him stood a small fawn, desperately trying to wake its lifeless mother. Jodi took courage, took the animal with her, named it “Wheezer” and bottle-raised it.

When authorities found out about this about two years later, they threatened to kill the young deer. But the American fought to be allowed to keep it and found something. He founded a deer rehabilitation center and was therefore legally permitted to care for Wheezer.

Over the years, more deer were added. Some are injured, others are orphaned fawns – like Wheezer. Jodi P. continues to expand her five-acre property in Stewartsville Township. And his bond with his reindeer became even tighter. Until November 15th emergency call to POLICE enter.

As reported by “The Sun”, among others, one of Jodi P.’s family members called and reported that he had been attacked by a deer. When officers arrived, they found the 64-year-old man seriously injured in an animal pen. It’s not clear what exactly happened, but apparently one of the deer went crazy. The police shot the aggressive animal to get to Jodi P. But by then it was too late, the animal lover had already died.
