“We want to convey a message to Russia: Europe is not tired of the support we provide to Ukraine”announced Monday, November 17 on franceinfo, Pascal Confavreux, spokesperson for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while Volodymyr Zelensky signed a contract with Emmanuel Macron in Paris a “statement of intent” with a view to the future purchase of one hundred French Rafale fighters.
