You have to be dead for your brain not to give in to the combination of salt, fat and crunchiness of good potatoes, and that’s why we’re willing to give our lives to find them.
The variety of chips available has multiplied in recent years. Both large multinationals in the snacks as supermarkets have started producing gourmet or premium versions, which compete with smaller, more artisanal companies.
